Yep...I'm bald and old now. I just got hearing aids. Had a heart attack. Total family guy. And actually, I’m amazed that I’m alive. I'm grateful for all the times life seemed impossibly hard and for our amazing friends. Somehow I’m still growing and grateful for even the misfortunes. I guess I’m a glass 1/2 full guy. After High School, I went to Vanderbilt University for undergrad, Duke for my MBA. My employer moved me to LA. Then I moved to San Diego area. Met the love of my life, married ( now 35 years), and have been blessed with 2 amazing daughters. Our daughters both graduated from the University of California, both finished their Masters degrees and now have jobs. Whew that phase complete. Because I married at 31, I recently finished this phase. I’ve worked in marketing my entire career. Now days, I direct digital marketing for small to mid sized and emerging businesses. Some I have an ownership in and some are clients. In plain English,.. I’m a hired gun that gets people's attention and persuade them to buy things to improve their lives using Google, Facebook, websites and email. I love analytics and storytelling. As I sell my interest in companies but get involved in others. I hope to work forever because my work is actually play.
