Craig's Story

Finally retired from teaching career with 40 years in. Went on to start a small consulting business to schools integrating technology into classrooms and training teachers in best ways to make use of available technology. hassles. No parents, no grades, no administrators. Sadly, my beautiful young wife died of leukemia this last winter. It was a very long, tough winter. Still in the house in Monroe CT, but thinking of heading south at least semi-permanently. Have to see how long this consultant gig goes on in this economy.

Saluted shrimp over spaghetti (squid ink spaghetti no less) with sugar snap peas in a lemon based sauce. Delish! Maybe 45 min to prep and cook.
Beef Knockwurst over vegetables with Sauerkraut. Really good. Not so sure I made the sauerkraut so well. Who the fuck makes sauerkraut anyway?
