I'm the one in the blue DEEP shirt, in the photo. It's taken me a long time to get this point where I can finally begin to get my act together. It is not about drugs or alcohol. It's just about my choices and being lazy. The politically correct way of putting is "procrastination". Most of you have had children, careers and other things happen to you. KUDOS (and I mean that). Moved to West Los Angeles/Santa Monica 12/15/2004, to help eldest sister care for ailing Father. Mother passed earlier that June. Became a Pescatarian (look it up) February 19, 2008, which was the day I began my last 10-day Master Cleanse regimine. When I came off the cleansing fast, I just kept it Fish / Seafood Flesh, only. It's not because of a higher calling. I just felt yucky inside, from decades of putting crap in my body. I am still fat, but slowly and surely, I will change all of that. No more quick fixes for me.
