Craig's Story
Life
After I graduated I met Lorna Susan Mc Elheny from Wyoming high school. In 1980 we became married. Three months later we gave birth to our second daughter Sara. I was then a machanic for Tony Betten Ford on Plainfield. Then in 1984 I became a truck driver. I traveled all over. When my wife gave birth to our third daughter Rose, in 1985, I decided to stop traveling so much.I became a local taxi driver and have done that since. We gave birth to our fourth daughter, Samantha, in 1988. We lived in the same house, in the same neighborhood for 21 years. things were getting better for Lorna when they stopped giving her treatments. Little did we know they stopped because her weak little body could not handle any more. She was doing as well as could be expected. In 2000 our daughter Sara gave birth to our first grand daughter Caitlyn Renee Rutcoskey. This was the highlight of Lorna's life. Then unexpectedly Oct 21, 2001 Lorna passed away leaving myself, three close daughters, one daughter she had never met, and her granddaughter behind with faint memories of good times considering the past two years were so painful. Now we all help eachother along with guidance as well as anger at times. It is hard but life goes on and we must smile to have brighter days. So I am very exited to hear about our class reunion. Can't wait to see you all there!!
