I have nearly 20 years of clinical counseling experience in private practice, psychiatric inpatient, community agency, and medical environments when you count back to my first job in 1987 as a psychiatric technician at Harding Hospital in Columbus, OH. The psych techs affectionately referred to each other as the Âburrito guys because we were the ones who were called when Ânon-violent physical crisis intervention was called for. WeÂd wrap up out of control patients in special care blankets that looked like giant tortillas!
