Cristi Adkins, RN CHT is a holistic health councilor, certified Hypnotherapist by the National Guild of Hypnotists and a Registered Nurse who specializes in the body-mind-spirit approach.
As an activist in holistic medicine, she served as the state representative for the American Holistic Nurses Association for the state of Utah in 1998-1999 to bring about awareness to the field of Holistic Medicine
a registered nurse, she has specialized in a variety of clinical settings such as Emergency Care, Heart and Lung Centers, WomenÂs Health, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, and General Medicine.
She has an extensive background and education in holistic medicine, hypnosis, nutrition, military fitness training, relaxation management, aerobic fitness, mental reprogramming and NLP.
