Crystal's Story
Life
I own a house in Contra Costa County where I live with my partner and our 4 dogs. My interests are camping, backpacking, skiing, hiking and reading.
School
I hated school. It was torture! The day I graduated, was the day of my liberation. My only saving graces were the few friends I had, the arts I participated in, and most importantly, the guidance I received from Eleanor Sekerak. She was my friend and mentor. College
I attended Chabot College before transferring to Mills College. I graduated in 1988 (late bloomer) with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Biology. In 1990, I graduated Chabot College's Paramedic program.
Workplace
I work for American Medical Response in Alameda County (more specifically, the streets of Oakland) as a Paramedic and part time Supervisor.
