Curtis's Story

I went to Thomas Elementary from 1959 to 1964. I went to Greusel Jr High from 1964 to 1967. I went to Cass Tech from 1967 to 1969, then I spent the rest of 1969 at Murray -Wright and ended up graduating from Kettering in 1970. Most of my friends from Greusel went to Northeastern so I'm an Honorary Grad from Northeastern. Also my wife Sandra Richardson-Smith went to Northeastern. Force. I retired in 1997 and went right into teaching. I taught high school for 2 years in Dayton, Ohio. I taught 1 year at a Central Texas College campus in the Washington DC/Maryland area. Then I taught Technology Education for 11 years at a middle school in Woodbridge, Virginia (just 20 miles south of Washington DC). I just retired this year (2013) and I'm now working for Visionair Vacations (a travel business owned by Sandra).
