Here's the abriged version: After HS, I attended Sac City College for 3.5 years taking all those hard science classes. I finally decided on pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy. I tried to get into Fresno State, well, so did over 300 other people. I tried to get in 2x and was very frustrated after 5 years of college. I returned to Sac State to finish up a degree in Psychology to possibly pursue Counseling or the Ministry. I decided to finish up the PT degree at the Master's level and pursue Seminary later. I attended UOP for Therapy. I worked for Kaiser for a few years in Roseville, then worked 3 10hrs days for the next 8 years (I highly recommend it! ) to work on my Seminary Degree from Fuller. I worked in Natomas for a time, then Woodland memorial, then NovaCare in Sac. In 1998, I "quit" PT for a full time position at the First Baptist Church in Elk Grove, as their Pastor of Counseling and Support Groups. I gained an invaluable experience there and worked at the church for 6 years. I currently work 3 days per week as at the UC Davis Med Center and formerly with UC Davis Home Care & Eskaton Home Care and see some of "your" parents/aunts/uncles at UCD and the Greenhaven-Eskaton Skilled Nursing Facility.
