Life
New update: Older, wiser, etc. etc. One of my dearest and longest running friends would call me a corporate sellout, but that is okay. I am an IT manager in San Diego and I am married to the most incredible man in the known universe. I have two wonderful children and overall, a happier life than I ever would have imagined I could have. But that is just the stats. an get my hands on. I still have the heart and soul of a poet (albeit a slightly cynical one ;-p). I try to balance the spiritual and material in my life with openness and humility. I love life and all its beauty and madness.
I know that although I have left the desert, the desert is a part of me. I grew up dreaming under that desert sky and no matter the course my life has run or will, it began there with you. The stark, simple beauty of that place and the lessons learned in that valley will touch me forever.
