Cynthia's Story
1975 - graduated from Medical Lake High School in May, married in June and entered the Army in August.
After basic training, I spent the remainder of my tour of duty in the Army in the Washington, DC area (Fort Myer and Pentagon) as a personnel specialist. My high school secretarial classes came in handy! : )
After the Army, my husband and I returned to the Spokane area. I received a degree in Biology and graduated from EWU in 1986. I completed my Medical Technology internship in Longview, WA in 1987.
My husband, 2 children and I moved to the Lexington, KY area in 1987 and I have been here ever since.
My husband and I divorced in 1999. I am currently living with someone. We have been together almost 9 years.
I work as a Medical Technologist at the University of Kentucky and enjoy it very much. Good thing considering I recently lost a small fortune in the stock market and will probably be working 'till the day I die. Yea!

ing since I was 8 years old. I am currently into quilts. I love the designing and peicing aspects - not so hip on the quilting part. I'll never make a prize winner, but that's okay. I am into "love quilts" - those you make because you want the recipient to know how much you love them. I still dabble in home decorator items and jammies for the precious and beautiful grandchildren.
I still enjoy bowling, although it's been a couple years since my last league play. Bowling and an occasional walk around the block is about as athletic as it gets for me.
I like to play on the computer. One of these days, I may actually upgrade from dial up to high speed.
I still have a big place in my heart for music, but can't carry a tune in a bucket anymore. Concert chior was a blast!
