Cynthia's Story
Life
After high school I went to Central Mo State Univ. I graduated in 3 and a half years in Graphic Arts. I moved then to Virginia to work for the US gov. I worked there in the print shop for 11 years. During that time, I met my now husband of 16 years. He worked downstairs in the photo lab, and now has moved up to the chief position in another area. His name is Kirk and he has lived here all his life. We have 4 great kids, Sarah -14, Katie-12, Charley-10, ( a girl) and Tommy is 7. We also have a cat named kitty.
We live in Gainesville VA in a big old house we remodeled ourselves. It took 1 and a half years, but looks pretty good now. It sits right across from the Manassas ...Expand for more

I stopped working after our 2nd daughter was 1 and a half years old. I am a full time homemaker now and volunteer at the girls school.
Kirk's family lives right next door, each of his brothers with their families lives on the 2 hills behind us. This sounds goofy, but really works out well. It is handy when something comes up, or you just need a babysitter so we can go out to eat once and a while. Also, all the kids get along really well, growing up with their cousins.
All in all, life is simple, but very nice. I really enjoy my kids and my husband and my life. I don't think I would change a thing!!
