Life
Well, let's see. Not much has changed since high school.. I'm still going to school--trying to get my nurse practitioner certification now. I work as a RN at a home health agency.. I've been doing that for about 8 yrs now. I'm married to an ex-cop--now turned full time college student--wanna be educator/lawyer. And we have three mean little kids. Foster kids, that is. But they're our kids while we have them.. We're hoping to finalize the adoption of the youngest two by the end ...Expand for more
of the year. We have an 8 yr old girl, an 18 month old girl, and a 3 month old boy. They're my life! They are truly my best work. Nothing else that I do or will ever do could be as special, rewarding, and challenging as raising these children. They often deserve so much more than they've ever had the chance to have. I only wish there were more foster parents out there because they are SOOOO needed! That's about it I guess. Not much else going on, but I certainly believe that's enough!
