Cynthia's Story
I have some fond memories of Washington Irving HS. I was a member of the school band. I played Clarinet. Our teacher was Mr. DeFelice. We played at school assemblies and sometimes traveled to places outside of the school. We even played at the graduation ceremony (a hot day---I remember a group of us sweating and crying). ink I still have a couple of the books that haven't completely fallen apart or yellowed. I decided to change careers. I wanted a vocation that was meaningful and allowed me to make a difference in the world so, I went back to school and I graduated almost two weeks ago with my Bachelors in Social Work and I'm planning to go on to my Masters in Social Work. I'm also a minister and am the President of the Missions Department at my church. I am single at present. No kiddies; one cat.
