Cynthia's Story

January 1976 I enlisted into the Army, after being discharged I enlisted into the Army Reserve, where meet my current husband Craig. We have two wonderful grown kids, Joshua and Laura. We have three Min Pins and a cat. I was a federal employee for the Dept of Defense - Army; working as a MilTech for 36 yrs (retired June 2013) and was in the Army Reserve for 36 yrs(retired October 2013). a wage employee with VA Dept of Health and currently working full time for Va State Police Safety Division. I love and enjoy warm weather, beaches and sunsets. I listen to oldies (50s, 60s and 70s) and really enjoy all country music. I enjoy watching NCIS, Chicago TV shows, Blue Bloods, Seal Team to name a few. My favorite author is Danielle Steel, favorite movies Gone With the Wind, Wizard of Oz, and Dirty Dancing. In 1981 I went to war and returned safe; I asked everyone to please remember our Military man and woman in your prayers. Thanks.
