My husband Bernie and I moved to Texas in June to be with our Grandchildren. My son Bill has four children from ages 1 year to 11 years old and is a swat team member for the Bedford, Texas Police Department. My husband is the Service Manager at a Nissan Dealership in Grapevine, and after years in the automotive industry industry I have retired but have become part owner in a franchised resturant that just opened in Dallas called Salad Creations. It is the first franchise in Texas and there is actually one open in Coventry, R.I.
