Cynthia's Story
Hello all!
After high school I went to college to become a school teacher. I began teaching elementary school in 1977, and am still at it.
When I married, I became an instant mother. My step-daughter has a son, Zachary. Zach will be 5 on Feb. 15th, 2011. He's hilarious! I also have a daughter of my own who graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in history. Anyone have any job openings??????

SIUE to become a physical therapist..
My husband was diagnosed with Carcinoid Syndrome in 2002. In some ways we're lucky that it is a slow-growing cancer; he may have another 6 years. Unfortunately, he feels bad every day.
We are both involved with our churches, and know that God gives us each day. We try to make the best of them.
Just a note to add....My husband, John passed away on September 16, 2009. I really miss him, but I am glad that his suffering is over. I am confident that he is with Jesus, and is happy and whole again.
