Life
In 1998, I successfully ran for the elected position of Denton County Treasurer. I was opposed with one other candidate, but prevailed with 57% of the votes cast. I was re-elected in 2002 and seeking another term in 2006. As county treasurer, I am the cash manager overseeing the daily financial needs of Denton County. I am active in my state association where I serve as an officer and have had the honor of being involved in the legislative process during the 79th & 80th Legislature. I married in 1990 and we have 2 children, Will (1994) and Delanie (2000). We reside in Sanger. For my band friendsÂ
