Life
D. Mark McGhee's career has spanned some 17 years with a focus on making a positive impact in the growth and profitability of small and medium size businesses. He is the President and Founder of DMark Group, a leader in Contingency Recruitment using advanced Internet recruiting strategies. He is one of the first recruiters certified by AIRS . Prior to starting DMark Group, Mr. McGhee was Director of Recruiting and Staffing for Stonebridge Technologies, Inc. SBTI is a regional system integrator and high-end consulting company. He successfully developed their college recruiting program, internal referral program, and their overall recruiting strategy.
Before Stonebridge Technologies, he identified and consulted with companies in order to improve the client's employee related business, increase revenues, control expenses and boost profits through Administaff's proven Personnel Management System. also became the fastest Million-Dollar Club Member in the central Texas area in December of 1995.
Prior to Administaff, he was President and Board Member of McNairs Appliance, Inc. and McNairs Service, Inc. companies with combined sales in excess of $8 million and 60 employees. Mark is a native Texan. He was born and raised in Plano, Texas. He graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a B.B.A. degree in Finance. He is Lifetime member University Of Texas Ex's , a member of the Longhorn Foundation, and a member of the University Of Texas System's Chancellor's Council. He is actively involved in the community through Young Men's Business League and The Austin Sunshine Camp as a board member. He also is involved with Recruiters Online Advisory Board. He has been married for 12 years to Denna McGhee, an investment banker with Hoefer & Arnett in Austin, Texas and has a 3 year old son and a new baby daughter,
