Life Ive been living in Florida since I left Penna back in 1981. I graduated from Penn State with a degree in Hotel/Rest Management and French and left for greener and warmer pastures.I landed in Orlando and lived there for 17 years but got tired of the horrible traffic and commute living in a crowded tourist mecca. I got smart, moved to Jacksonville in 1999 which actually is bigger (1.4 million) but its alot more laid back here and accidently got into the landlord business. Well 8 properties 12 units and a vacation home in midtown Atlanta,..20 years later …I'm now retired for 7 years and enjoying the beaches and river here, spending time on remodeling projects and travel..
