or myself. My first home was hammered by a big hailstorms twice, my current home badly damaged by a big hurricane (Ike), and we had some big tornados too. oh, and I have gotten bigger in Texas myself... so its not all great like its made out to be.
I never thought I would stay in Texas this long, but it just worked out that way. And no, I don't have a big hat...
