Dale's Story
After high school, I worked to pay rent. Quickly learned that wasn't much fun. I consider it my "work hard, not smart" phase!
I entered Lane Community College and attended 2 years. Moved to Puget Sound for more opportunities. Entered Bellevue Community College for another 2 years while working for a firm doing Property Tax Consulting (filing business compliance and real estate tax appeals).
I married a wonderful guy who challenges me with all kinds of activities from mountain biking, hiking...Expand for more
(there is so much of that to do up here), water sports (competition ski, snorkel & scuba, kayaking). We finally eloped to Niagara Falls to exchange vows. Several years later had our son and I took 5 years off while he was knee high to a grasshopper. When he started school, I also went back to work.
I love being married and having a family. By far, this is one of the happiest times of my life.
