Dale's Story

I am still a musician. I play with The Catalinas. If you remember they played for our Jr Sr in 66 or 67. I never thought I would be in the group. Singing "You Have't the Right" and "Summertimes Callin Me" every performance is exciting. This is my last band. When Gary Barker our leader retires so will I. It is kind of a dream come true. I don't think retirement from music will happen ...Expand for more
anytime soon so if you see the Catalinas coming to your area come see me. I still live in Camden and own a company called Southco. We do commercial property maintenance. I left the radio biz in 1989 and now I am only on when they play Catalina music. My entire family works in the business with me.
