I was shy and quiet and only passed classes by the grace of my teachers who always seemed to take pity on my less-than-adequate performances.
College

r at Trinity College in Deerfield, IL, then transfered to Taylor University, where I majored in art education. Later, in 1977, I received an MS in art education from Indiana University.
