Dale's Story
After high school I played briefly on a semi-pro baseball team and went to college. Joined the Marines and played baseball for them until being sent to Vietnam for 2 tours. While being discharged, I was invited to tryout for the Angels. The major chief pitching coach said I was the best pitcher at the tryouts but because I was now 21 I was too old to be signed. and hope to continue playing tournament softball at the triple A level all over Northern California some in Arizona, Nevada and Utah. I have been living in Reno, Nevada for the past 21 years. Left SC because of the traffic, smog, and too many bad attitudes (No one at Santiago). Reno has very clean water, air, and generally pretty good attitudes with no smog and little traffic. Currently, have 5 kids and 4 grandkids. In the picture, I am the one on the right as you look at them. The other person is my little brother.
