Dan's Story
Okay, I just deleted what I wrote about a year ago. Although I must admit not much has changed; My son,Jake, now is 16 and driving, (me crazy, and driving a pickup!) he's a great kid, totally into hunting, fishing, camping, hiking and anything into the outdoors...wonder where that came from?...
My daughter Emilie is a freshman in highschool at 14 years old. She is absolutely gorgeous and causing me seriously premature gray hair!
My wife, Kathy, and I have been married for almost 20 years, she works as a clerk for Thurston County District Court, and I have continued with the Department of Fish and Widlife as a Law Enforcement Captain. ...Expand for more
I have been a "game warden" for the past 22 years. Its been a great career and I probably should write a book about everything I have seen and experienced in the great outdoors of Washington when I retire!
We have a great home situated on five acres between Olympia and Shelton and really are enjoying life!
My folks still live in Sedro Woolley so we are up to visit often. I always find it hard to believe how much the area has developed since graduating high school in 1983. I always thought I would return to live in Sedro Woolley or close by, but between family and career it just hasn't yet turned out that way.
