brother found my tassel from commencement and it now hangs from the rear view mirror. She still runs, on the tires purchased from Ballard Sears in 1958!, I finally had to replace the tubes in two of the tires, in 2021, due to faulty valves, Annie is part human.
We celebrated our 55TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY, in Anchorage on June 18, 2021, and continue to enjoy life in Alaska and traveling, plus, thanx to ANCESTRY.COM, making contact with new family members that we did not know existed. Some of them live in Puget Sound area, and for two years now we have traveled down to unite with first and second cousins. I found out that besides Norse, Dutch, Scotch and Irish ancestry, I also am Swedish; major culture shock! Several of my cousins are also working on the "tree" and we actually have visited my ancestral home in Norway!
Became a COVID crossover in 2021 due to exposure at the Bicycle shop in Port Orchard. Recovery took awhile, but back on feet now. Made it to the reunion w class of 61/62 together. WHAT A FUN TIME.
Became an Octogenarian on January 19, 2023 w a Hawaiian motif party and friends, including former students from Utkeagvik, and family including ALL my brothers. Can't wait for the next party.
We live 15 minutes from the Anchorage Airport. Give us a call if you're coming this way we love visitors..
