6 years, retired as a maintenance officer, Major. I can think of a few nuns who would be shocked to know I earned a degree! I stayed civil service until I retired early at 51. I had worked in the quality assurance field in DoD procurement but got bored. Subsequently I worked for two more companies before I really retired at 62; I'm too busy to work. Pam and I had two boys and now have 6 grand kids. Most of time is spent honoring veterans with the North Texas Patriot Guard Riders.
