Dana's Story
Life
As most of you know I married a few years after I graduated from high school. I had two kids from my first marriage who are now in junior high and elementary school. My oldest son is already at St. Mike's (oh my gosh!, and yes he is a Horseman). I remarried my last year of college and have a four year old son with him. My husband is an Alaskan native who played basketball for University of Alaska. My ex-husband and I actually live down the street from each other and are very good friends. (how funny huh?)
Workplace

alth/fitness instructor at Santa Fe Community College. I teach a variety of health and exercise classes. I also run the Wellness Center at SFCC which is where I do all the fitness testing and nutritional analysis for the students. I have been working for the college for about four years now, and I absolutely love my job. I received two degrees from the college, one in Exercise Science and the other in Health, Physical Education and Recreation and I am also certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health/Fitness Instructor.
