Dana's Story
I keep rewriting this...
My life has been full of activities, twists and turns, happy and sad events, and I wouldn't change too much except that I would have tried to add more. I have been married, twice, and both were long-term (9 yrs and 12 yrs, respectively). I have two daughters (one from either marriage), and my oldest is now married to a fantastic guy in the Air Force; they just had my first granddaughter in November. My youngest lives with me, excels in music, sings with the Tucson Girls Chorus, sang at Carnegie Hall, has toured all over New England, Alaska, and will sing her way on a cruise during Spring Break of this year.
I have had wonderful and difficult times in my life, although it has been these times that I discovered the "stuff" I'm made of. I suspect life is still not finished testing my character so I just hold my breath, keep faith in myself, and try to view each day as if it were my FIRST as opposed to my last, with awe and wonder.

sionally modeled until I was 38, sang until I was 35, been to college four times, have a Paralegal Degree, a degree in Intelligence, and am now pursuing another degree in Liberal Arts - my first love.
I excel in English/ Writing, and I tutored English and Writing at a local college until I landed a job in the government as a Civilian. At one point I was Senior Editor and a writer for an online magazine - this was a blast because I wrote about everything! As far as singing goes, I still sing once in a while on a voluntary basis at work-related events. The National Anthem is usually in my repertoire.
I am curious about any and all of you, so please feel free to get in touch with me! I hope life has been good to you. I lost my mother last year and am still working through the grief...it's neverending and life...goes...on. I'm on Facebook and Twitter, by the way (although I don't have a lot of spare time to devote to those, it's still another way to stay in touch!).
Take care and hope to see or hear from some of you soon! :-)
