Dana's Story
Life
I was a weird kid,I Had 2 Near Death Experiences "NDE's" and some dane bramage as a result of them. it took until my sophomore year to re-bridge, some of me is still gone, some is better than original,I lost some of my memory.
I wish I could find some old friends to see how they turned out and ask questions of my missing past. , Steven Wright, Michel Chandler? Cherry Gould. I Have plenty of stories for when I get old(er) and I am frantically making more.
Still can't spell.
My color is deep indigo blue with yellow light.
My lucky number is 34.
I can still make people laugh.
I still care and try to make things better.
I still sometimes surf.
I love the Caribbean,and places with clear warm water.
I love South Africa,
My Son Chase out the Navy, and figuring it all out.
My Son Dana Jr wasborn 2008 and is very cool! I have one last one on the way, Due 10/10/10
911 broke my heart. .
I quit writing that book about flying stuff.
I love Quantum Mechanics and time-space interval theory.
I still have many of my old friends and tons of new ones, some have moved on or out but I still love them.
I love almost all music, Mozart,Disturbed and Randy Travis,
I really enjoy life and the kid in me isn't dead yet!,just more mature.
I Love South park, True Lies, Top Gun,star Trek, Avatar.
I love Books: Saucer, The Pillars of the earth, Patriot games, Flight of the old dog, The Kite Runners, Seize the Night and Fear nothing,Enders game Too many to list! One every month for 12 years, Thanks Mr Wadsworth!

Biggest crush as Kid was Cherry Gould she broke my heart when she just couldn't commit to a full exclusive relationship at age 9?
The next crush was Janet Brown from Crown Valley School though we never got together I always though she was the cats meow.
I moved to Huntington Beach and went to high school until my Senior year, then I Moved back and went to Dana Hills and found all my friends were grown up and Janet Was Gone?
At Huntington Beach Jr High and High school I had my first real girl friend Iris, After a gut wrenching break up I found my first True love, Iris's best friend Elyse, Woulda, coulda and shoulda! The one I let get away. We are still friends and have beautiful families.
My Favorite teachers were Mrs Mcque? 2nd grade at San Juan. And Mr Wadswoth (Not Worm), the other one!)3rd-5fth grade Crown Vall...Expand for more

He has been my lifetime mentor, He stood up against injustice and was a strong man, He had a tear in his eye while reading a sad story. He read books to us that have inspired me to this day! I wish I could thank him!.
Others were: Mrs Staum Geology at HBHS, James Ortiz Eco Bio-HBHS, In College there were many-P Borella, Zane J, C Brenner, These teachers became lifelong friends.
My time's at Huntington Beach High made Ridgemount High look like a monastery!! Then on my first day transferring to Dana Hills "Oh crap what did I do?" (Tracey Gee was busted for a "tasteful backless dress!) Hell!, They wore lace table cloth's with nothing under it at HB! and We wore a just surfed in wet bathing suit to class and never heard a word from the teacher except "HEY! Put out that joint!!! you want me to get fired" !To the guy in the back row.
One friend planted Pot in the HB Police dept's front planter and it took them over a month to notice the nice green hedge before they yanked it, PS. no one took any because they thought it was a set up! The cops were very embarrassed! or? Some may have known? I saw it all there!
We always lost the Football games at HBHS but Steve Downey and others always made sure we won the fight afterwords! One My own team mates took me out play, Breaking my neck, then a knee, low back and last my ankle, The Same guy!. Elyse and I preformed on the stage in the theater! We took a bow!
Bones, George Putnam and I were the 3 stooges! Hello! Hello! Hello?. Streaking our JR high girlfriends Graduation??? Someone did?. Surfing on a 15 foot day at the pier and seeing half our teachers out there ditching also, we all said 'Shhhhhh!!!To each other.. I won't tell if you don't?" One Friend took a small BBQ put it in his VW bus and filled it with stems seeds and other junk pot parts and drove to school with it smoldering, then parked out side the science building just before class, They opened the doors and small mushroom cloud of pot smoke billowed up the 2 story building with everyone hooting and hollering! Good times! Very funny then! Now many of those people are worn out, the drugs ruined them, some it didn't phase?
I think the reduction in drug use from those days is a good thing! And yes it is a reduction. Hey! You may need that brain someday?.
Now I have 462 units at Saddleback College, two AA's and 3 certificates and POST and Sheriff's academies. Yes, a lifetime student.
