Dane's Story
I lived in Pampa and worked for the same company for 22 years, married Rhonda and had 2 kids. Shay my oldest, is married to a fine young man and living in Nacodoches. Jerry Dane, my youngest is married to a fine young woman and living in Hillsboro. But not with us, he likes being close. Update, Jerry Dane is no longer with us, he was killed in the fertilizer plant explosion in West, Texas on April the 17th 2013.
After I left Pampa the company I had been working for sold off to a competitor and within two years most everyone has had to move to keep their job, or lost it completely, good thing I left when I did.
Well, I have stayed married to the same girl for 26 yrs. We have had, raised, and moved out both of our kids. No grands yet.

work for an explosives company. So now I get paid to blow stuff up, every little boys dream job.
My wife and I went on our first cruise last April for our 25 th anniversary, it will not be our last. UPDATE,
We now have 2 grand children from our daughter and son in law, and have never been so blessed. This is a great family and I am so proud of her, and the mother she has become.
Now we have time to facebook, classmate, and try to stay in touch more.
I have some great memories of Canyon, and I really wish I could find more of my friends, I stay in touch with Todd Walker, my best friend forever, through email, and have seen him a few times. But Brad Brooks, Tom Sharp, Randall Bullard, Eric Rook, all are mysteriously missing. I would like to hear from any of them.
