I've been disabled since 1996 due to getting kicked in the head by coach Degaetano. The last practice for the junior varsity of 1973 we were running goal line plays against the sophmore's. The second to last play Dan Moriarty called a 42 on 1. That's a fullback dive play. I ran it and scored and was the last one back to the huddle. "D" yelled at me to bend over while I was faceing him and he punted my head like a football. Everything went green and Dan Moriarty called the same play 42 on 1. There was a huge hole made by the offensive line! I scored and Dan Moriarty grabed me by the shoulder pads and led me to the locker room. "D" yelled "everyone take a lap" He never told Dan or myself to come back here and take a lap. My neck bones are all curved backwards and are fused that way with arthritis from one side to the other. I have many large bone spurs coming off the arthritis areas and the spurs are hitting the nerves coming out of the neck to the arms. Doctor's at St. Francis said theres nothing they can do for me. In 2005 the lacrosse school board honored D by naming the football stadium after him, 2 years after I told them of this assualt on me by there teacher/coach D. One year(1974) after D kick me in the head he assulted Mike Parker that assult made the tribune and channel 8.
