Daniel's Story
I was fascinated by the computers in high school and Dan Sullivan certainly help encourage me. After Lowell High I went to Control Data Institute. And then to Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). STarted as a computer operator then moved to business programming and then software engineering. Some where along the line I ended up doing systems management. Spent 30 years there till the networks division was sold to Cabletron. Spent one week there and then went to Genicom for 5 years. When Genicom closed the Plant in Mass. Married Sandy Manchenton shortly after joining DEC and had two girls. That was life changing. Still married now for 34 years. Both girls are married and the older has two boys a 4mo old and 3yr old. Sandy and I both enjoy our freedom and taking the grand kids from time to time.
