Hiya,
I lived too long overseas...England, Germany, etc. It enlightened me and changed my views.
Four kids: 2 boys and 2 girls. One of my daughters is a TV personality in Chicago. (tamarawestfall.org) All good kids--grown now, of course.
Teacher I'd like to see again: Ms. Witte (Latin, English) She was inspirational and taught from her heart. Flashback: I'll never forget the day that Gary said something that caused her to cry and step out of the room. I think we all discovered that teachers...Expand for more

My first real job was at Weingarten's grocery on Memorial Drive, my Junior year, where I got paid $1.35/hr. to stock & clerk. What I remember most about it is having to fight a certain lady's husband and two of his friends after closing as he thought I was hitting on his wife, but G. & I were just friends. Fortunately, the three of them had been drinking which made it a bit easier.
