Daniel's Story

Life After Wagner, moved to L.A. Graduated UC Irvine in Interior & Environmental Design. Landscape Architect for City of Santa Ana. Married French lady. Moved to Paris, France for 13 years. Two children born in France. Director of Interior Design for Knoll, France. Participated in the building of Disneyland Paris. Moved to England for 3 years and built LegoLand England, Legoland Germany. Moved to San Diego and built LegoLand California. Participated on new Aquarium in Missouri, participated on new Science Museum in France. Currently Director of Construction for S.D. Community College District. French wife first book published in 2003 in the UK, second book published 2004 in USA, third book published in USA and UK March 2006, fourth came out March 2010. Homes in France and two miles from Del Mar California beach. Healthy and married 31 years and counting. Life is good...... Feb 2016. Now 36 years of marriage we are still in San Diego enjoying life. UC Davis and now lives in Seattle. She is working for a start up company and plays drums, bass and guitar in 2 bands. Our son lives in Del Mar and is a painter. He has a studio in downtown San Diego. Chantal is starting on her 6th book and still travels the world giving lectures and seminars and a one woman show on Autism Spectrum Disorders. We are flying to Bangkok and Cambodia next week as she was invited by UNESCO to an Asian Summit on Autism. I am still working as a Design and Construction director for San Diego Unified $5 billion school bond program spending $1 million a day for new construction wisely. March 2019 40 years married. Jeremy our artist son broke even last year! Rebecca now On Line Marketing Manager for Sub Pop Records in Seattle. Chantal completed her sixth book. Now writing a play premiering Fall/Winter 2020 in San Diego. Now spending $1.5 million a day on San Diego Unifier School District Design and Construction projects. Retirement still a way down the road. All is well in San Diego.
