Daniele's Story
It has been a long and wild ride. Lots of highs and lots of lows but I would not have done the journey any other way. I went back to England at 15 years old and graduated from Farringtons School in Chiselhurst, Kent. After that I ended up homeless for a few years. During that time I worked for a newspaper, a hotelier, a travel agent, went to college, dropped out of college, plus many other interested stories. At the end of that period I managed to find a place to live and returned to college. I got my GNVQ in Health and Social Care. At that time I decided to return to Boca. ursing home as an activities leader and started the honors program at FAU. I graduated with my BA in Psychology a few years later. I changed jobs and worked at starbucks for 150 years while continuing my education. I graduated in May 06 with my Masters in Education -Counselor of Education, Mental Health Track. I started to work as a substance abuse therapist. I love this job and was very good at it but I left work after I got married and had Caleb. Caleb was born on 7/11/07 and I am proud to be a stay at home mother with a son and husband who I love very much.
I guess the end does justify the means.
