Danielle's Story
Life
I had a daughter in Oct. 1987 with the freak I was dating (if any of you remember him, he wasn't a student at CVHS and he is now in prison.) In 1991 I married a somewhat normal human (not the freak) and had another daughter in 1992. In 1994 I moved to San Diego. I divorced my husband and then married my soulmate in 1998 and had a son in 1999. Then in 2004 we bought a house & moved to Colorado Springs. I had become a Sign Language Interpreter for the school district in SoCal and then took some time off to raise my son and then went back to work here a year ago. My oldest is in her 2nd year of college, my second is a freshman in high school and my son is in the second grade. I have recently lost a significant amount of weight and am trying to be more active, I walk, have recently tried skiing lol, I swim, & I am planning on buying a mountain bike soon, I also I read, and I scrapbook when I am snowed in. e to shop. I listen to all kinds of music and still love the 80s stuff from High School. I miss my friends and family in California and I enjoy e-mailing regularly. I still talk alot but I am not as goofy/hyper as I used to be. I would love to hear from any of my classmates!
School
If I had it to do over again, I would finish it faster.
College
Finished the Interpreter Training Program at San Diego Mesa College, still want to get a BA in what I don't know and see what happens after that.
Workplace
I worked as a nanny for several different families with deaf children, I was a stay at home mom and I have been a Sign Language interpreter for both a district in Southern California and currently a district here in Colorado Springs.
Military
I married a Navy man, was married about 3 years and then divorced and married a Marine, who is now out of the Marine Corps as a veteran and still my husband currently.
