Danielle's Story
I guess I did a lot of things in adition to going to college after I left MI. I traveled a lot in my spare time, scuba diving all over the US, Bahamas, Canada, & more every chance I got. In 94 I had a large non cancerous brain tumor removed & went on with life. I tried my hand at marriage in 98 but 4 years later it came to an end. It took a couple of years but I met thean of my dreams and we got married in 2005. Unfortunately, that pesky brain tumor came back & having it removed this time caused a stroke. ring I should be dead from either the stroke or the bacterial meningitis I caught while in Shand's Hospital ( dirty hospital!), I shouldn't be here today. I am married to the most wonderful man in the world (Jeff Millner c/o 87) & he is my best friend. I have worked in the clinical research industry for almost 10 years as a research coordinator and now as a clinical research associate. I love what I do even though I travel a great deal. It's an interesting industry that continues to grow as it helps people in need.
