Dann's Story
Life
Went to Clarenceville up until my senior when my family moved to Kansas. After a tour in the Navy, a tour with Ford Motor Company, a tour as a Federal Police Officer for the Department of Defense, I am now the Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Farmington Hills, Michigan based Reliance Software Systems. My wife Robyn and our 2 boys, Danny and David live in Clarkston, MI.
Military
Joined the US Navy is July 1988. Went to Great Lakes for bootcamp and then stayed there for Airman Apprentice ...Expand for more
Training. Went from Great Lakes to NAS Patuxent River in southern Maryland (where I live now). Stationed with VQ-4, a C-130 recon/communications squadron. During my time there I volunteered and went to Bahrain during Operation Desert Shield/Storm and worked at the Fleet Mail Center. Ended my active duty time in 1991 and then spent another 6 or 7 years in the reserves. Mostly with a Cargo Handling Battalion from the reserve center in Southfield, MI. Left the Navy as a Boatswains' Mate Second Class. (BM2)
