CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT DARCY L. STANDISH
Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt) Darcy L. Standish is the Chief, Air Force Aviation Resource Management (1C0X2) Career Field Manager (CFM). As the 1C0X2 CFM, she is responsible for training and development of 2800 active duty, AF Reserve, and Air National Guard 1C0X2 personnel and civilian aviation management (AM) specialists. She also implements and directs USAF policies for 183 Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) offices worldwide, manages the ARM System (ARMS) 3.3M budget, and overseas over $200M annual flight/jump pay entitlements.

duated NCO Leadership School in 1986, NCO Academy in 1991, and Senior NCO Academy in 1998. Upon graduation from the NCO Leadership School she was awarded the Academic Achievement, Military Excellence, and Speech Awards.
After graduating basic training in 1979, the chief was assigned to Moody Air Force Base-Georgia, Osan Air Base- Korea, Laughlin Air Force Base-Texas,
Griffiss Air Force Base, New York, Deployed to Operation DESERT SHIELD/DESERT STORM, back to Osan Air Base, Korea, Hurlburt Field Florida, and finally the Pentagon.
Her military decorations and awards include the Meritorious Service Medal with four oak leaf clusters, Air Force Commendation Medal with two oak leaf clusters, and Air Force Achievement Medal with one oak leaf cluster.
She was promoted to Chief Master Sergeant on December 1, 2000.
