Darcy's Story
After graduation, I attended Black Hawk College and married in July 1975. I moved to Washington where my husband was stationed in the Air Force. In 1976, I moved home for a year when my husband received orders to go to Turkey. Upon his return, we moved to Georgia. I've lived in Washington state (we were stationed in Spokane when Mt St Helens blew in 1980), Georgia and the Phillipine Islands for four years. After the PI, we were sent to Colorado in 1987. nalyst for the Air Force at Schriever AFB CO (outside Colorado Springs). I am responsible for budget issues for seven world wide detachments and two Squadrons. I've traveled to Korea and Japan while stationed in the Phillipines and have traveled to Germany, England, Hawaii and Guam for my job. I have two children and one granddaughter.
