Darlene's Story
Life
After graduation I went to NMSU and graduated in Engineering Technology in 85. Then on to Colorado and the National Bureau of Standards for twelve years. Realized I didn't really like my job. Met my partner in CO and we moved to Oregon and I became a middle school math teacher. This job, I love. The kids are challenging, but great.

ng engagement, my husband and I finally married in 04 and had a beautiful daughter in April of 05. I love being a mommy and my two cats are feeling a little left out these days. Just had our son in Aug. of 07.
Mom is the best job title ever.
Currently taking ASL classes and my babies both sign- they are hearing, and communicate very well, verbally and sign.
