Darlene's Story
After leaving Franklin at the end of our junior year (I didn't graduate with the class) I moved to the East Coast and resided in a variety of states and overseas while assigned to a variety of naval installations.
I received my BS from the University of Maryland and have attended several colleges to obtain the training I needed for a variety of positions..
I retired from Intel America's, Inc., in Hillsboro in 2016 and am enjoying retirement. Occasionally I return to Intel for special short ...Expand for more
term projects.. I am the mother of six children grandmother of 18 and great grandmother to 11!.
The four oldest children are all grown and out of the house with children of their own, and the two youngest have returned home for a short period of time.
I returned to the Portland area in 1989 and have once again put down roots. My husband is an auto tech in Oregon City where we live.
My sister Debra, married a 69' class alumni, Terry Ross and they currently reside in Vancouver, Washington.
