Darlene's Story
Met my husband Jim in 1977 and we've been together ever since. We have 2 sons and 6 grandchildren, 3 girls & 3 boys. Jim is an Electrical Engineer and owns his own company. We took a chance on one of his projects that was relocating and packed up and headed to sunny Florida, where we currently live. our boat, beaching it and spending the day just having fun with our friends, riding our motorcycles (yes I have my own!) and our latest adventure....scuba diving. We have a beautiful home on Merritt Island, just a couple miles from Kennedy Space Center. Best part of that is watching the space shuttle take off and we don't even have to leave the back yard! Better still, we hop on our boat and head out to watch it take off from the water.
