Darrell's Story
As going home is imposable, looking back is just a curiosity. People change in size and age, but their hearts and minds usually stay the same. It takes much work and sincere intention to actually become something more then that which you already are.
Most project into the mirror the image they believe themselves to be, and then see it. However, they are the pretenders, propping themselves-up with f.alse e.ducation a.ppearing r.eal. (f.e.a.r.) It is that fear of admitting the truth of who you are, were, and still are that causes one to project into the mirror the image they want to see, opposed to the reflection of who you really are.
Do you have the courage to be brave, to accept others as they are, to admit your short-comings and begin the long road to enlightenment. Or is your ego your master - how easy it is to listen and believe the foolish things it will say to you. "you are the best" "yes, I am good" "look at those idiots" If the years have taught you to obey your ego instead of your conscience, your time here has been wasted.
Make your apologies for the sufferings you cause. Do you still cover your tracks with stories you have told so many times even you now believe they are true?
Any coward can tell a lie, start a fight, let hurtful words fly - any coward can do those things. It takes real courage, true bravery to admit ones own faults, stand-up and be accountable, stop a fight, hold your tongue. Cowards fight, brave are the peace makers, cowards are puppets to their egos - to defend ones honor from a fool is still even more foolish.
Most of us are in our early 50s - what have we done with our lives? Each day bring a smile to someone new, say hello, get involved, mend-fences, be the good event that makes ripples of success in others lives - that in-turn will give them reason to do something good for others.
In all the world there are ONLY two kinds of people - Male and Female, of those two kinds of people there is ONLY one race - the Human race. Do not be fooled by your eyes, by different cultures, colors or languages - they are all cut from the same cloth as you.
It's time to become that which you say you are. No one would want to be thought of as selfish, greedy, judgmental (raciest), hasty, arrogant, or mean - when we look at our selves we say "I am a good person", then actually do it. re not like you (different culture, color, language, religion) and then try to pretend you're good! Which one of God's creations did He not create? Answer: none - He created them all - so which one will you turn your back on today?! All Prophets, all of them were sent by the same One God - Christian, Muslim, Jew all believe in the same One God.

The Blue Fairy = Angle Gabriel
Jimminy Cricket(J.C.=Jesus Christ) = acted as Pinocchio's conscience while his developed on its own.
The Fox = temptation
Stromboli(circus) = greed
Bar-tender = evil (collects souls)
The island = Illusion, the distractions of the world- keeping you from God
Donkeys = what you turn into when you have no faith, & are greedy, selfish, egocentric.
Monstro the whale = arrogance
Geppetto = Pure love and Compassion
*Pinocchio* = represents all of us - each of us is on that same journey.
You either become a real human being or turn into a donkey - come-on haven't you ever looked at someone and said "wow, omg, look at that jack-ass!"
I hope it wasn't someone else looking back at you!
Watch Pinocchio again with new eyes and a bit more wisdom you will see this story in a way never thought of before. "lying" is only a small point in this move; an ocean of wealth can be found if you look with the intention of finding it. Peace and love to all.
