I am back in CA!
I was born and raised in So Cal but moved to Lake Dallas High School (near Dallas, TX) in 1969 - preventing me from graduating with my Alta Loma High School classmates in 1971.
I was a budding California surfer back then and finally got back on the surfboard in 1971 when I went to college in Melbourne, Florida (and never got back off the surfboard - been surfing now for a total of 42 years!).

xtended period of college and working (surfing) in Florida near West Palm Beach, I relocated to Washington DC to further my career opportunties.
For 15 years I worked in Wash DC and am still working as a coastal scientist and consultant to FEMA (and still surf and travel - Morocco, Indo, Hawaii, Cabo, and ??) but now live back in CA after 40 years!
I am most proud of my 2 sons and my environmental advocacy for Surfrider Foundation. Aloha to all my old classmates!
