Life
After Graduation I moved with my folks to Washington and lived 60 miles north of Seattle. After deciding I couldn't afford out of state tuition in Washington I applied my metalshop skills and got a good job at a sheetmetal fabrication shop right across the street from Boeing. We looking into their bay doors where they rolled out the completed 747's. 2 years of doing this and I decided hard manual labor was for the uneducated. I attended ITT Tech in Seattle and got a degree in electronics. en here ever since. I have a company vehicle, a set number of clients, all car dealerships and I take service calls and repair computers, printers, LAN's and terminals at car dealerships. In '92 I married Carmen, who I met while she was rooming with some cousins of mine. We have 2 kids, Tucker 3, and Katrina 4 weeks. I haven't punched a time clock in 8 years, my home is my office, I see my boss 3-4 times a year, I schedule my own day, I get 4 weeks vacation and the pay is ok. I have to honestly say that the best thing I ever did was get out of Douglas County, I'd never have met my wife or gotten this job otherwise, but I love to come and visit.
