Daryl's Story
Life
Moved from ELGB to NLGB in '79. Met and married my wife and her 7 yr old daughter and had a baby girl by '86. Was working at McDonnell Douglas at the time. Then moved to Stanton, CA, and raised the family. After the girls were grown and on their own we seperated and I followed my girls to Northern California and the wife stayed in Buena Park.
Went through 4 dogs (before and during my marriage) 4 cars, a travel trailer (RV), 1 house, and the wife left me the cat. (still have the cat).
In '75 learned to fly a single engine airplane. Had fun with that for awhile and then bought a house. Raised the family and then finally moved to Roseville, CA.

o. Have seen a few friends from shool over the years and am looking forward to seeing more of you at the reunion. Please come and enjoy the memories, good and maybe not so good.
Some of you that I've seen and talked to say that you had a great time back then as did I, and some say it was not so great. Well I say forget the bad and remember the good times because these are the only days we had before we HAD before we had to become "responsible" adults if not parents, and hold down a job, and pay taxes and become our parents.
Yah we got hurt by our friends and bullies and yah we hurt our friends and were maybe bullies. But what the hell did we know then, we were just "high school brats" that "knew it all" at 17. Maybe just like your teenage kids. See ya in October.
