Dave's Story

I went to work for US Navy at Hunter Point Naval Shipyard in 1966. Got married in 1968 to Joyce Dixon of Lower Lake. We had two boys and divorced in 1978. I married my present wife that same year. eft that in 2007. In 2006 we sold our house in Simi Valley and started travelling around the country in a Motor Home. We now share time between the Motor Home and a house near Sedona AZ. I have 5 grand daughter ranging in age from 1 year to 18 years old. Life is good we are always looking for the next adventure or travel opportunity.

Nice ride today
Nice ride to start the week much cooler than last week.
Short ride bike path closed for bridge construction. Legs sore from weekend kitchen work.
Had to go towards the I-5 today path closed till Saturday
Nice fast ride today

First ride back on trail since knee replacement . Made it 7 miles
Longest ride since knee surgery not fast but made 10 miles
Nice ride today a little cold at 55 degrees

Back to riding no post yesterday forgot to start tracking. Working our way back to 12 miles.
Nice weather today
Last ride before vacation. Now have to find places to ride as we travel.
Second half of this ride always feels easier now I see why. Green is elevation.
